Agreement to Terms

Services Provided

Monline Property Compliance Ltd provides property compliance services including but not limited to:

  • Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
  • Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)
  • Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
  • Annual Boiler Servicing
  • Fire and Safety Inspections
  • PAT Testing
  • Emergency Callout Services

Booking and Appointments

When you book our services:

  • You must provide accurate property and contact information
  • You agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time
  • You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept various payment methods as specified during booking
  • All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable
  • Additional charges may apply for emergency callouts or out-of-hours services

Service Standards

We are committed to providing high-quality services performed by qualified and certified professionals. All work is carried out in accordance with current UK regulations and industry standards. We maintain appropriate insurance and professional certifications.

Liability and Warranties

Our liability is subject to the following:

  • We provide services with reasonable skill and care
  • We are not liable for issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
  • We maintain professional indemnity insurance

Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring that our engineers have safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring inspection or service. Any delays or additional visits required due to access issues may result in additional charges.

Certificates and Reports

All certificates and reports are issued based on the condition of the property at the time of inspection. Certificates are valid for the period specified by relevant regulations. You are responsible for ensuring renewals are completed on time.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Monline Property Compliance Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints about our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms
